Exchanges are not available as the items ship directly from our manufacturer.
Please reference our size chart prior to ordering as many brands fit differently.
If you require a different size of an item you've received, you must purchase the new item and then contact us to return the incorrect size for a refund.
A 20% re-stocking charge applies to all returned items and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number.
Please contact us within 14 days after receiving your order to request a Return Authorization Number and for additional instructions for returning your items.
Requests for returns or claims for missing or incorrect items received more than 14 days after receipt of merchandise will not be accepted.
All returned items must be in new condition and without decoration. Items that appear to have been used or customized will not be accepted.
