Exchanges are not available as the items ship directly from our manufacturer.
Please reference our jersey & socks size chart or hoodie size chart prior to ordering as many brands fit differently.
If you require a different size of an item you've received, you must purchase the new item and then contact us to return the incorrect size for a refund.
A 20% re-stocking charge applies to all returned items and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Wardrobing (ordering items to wear for photo shoots, television commercials, or other events and then returning for a refund) is a form of retail fraud. This unethical practice results in excessive administrative, logistical, and financial processing from which sellers incur significant costs, and has led to the following policy exception:
Order return requests where more than 50% of the items are being sent back without a replacement order placed for a similar number of items may, at our discretion, be subject to a re-stocking fee of 50% or refused altogether.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number.
If the level of quantity discounts applied to your original order changes due to a return, the price difference for the applicable quantity discount will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order to request a Return Authorization Number and for additional instructions for returning your items.
Check deliveries immediately upon receipt! Requests for returns or claims for missing or incorrect items received more than 7 days after receipt of merchandise will not be accepted.
All returned items must be in new condition and without decoration. Items that appear to have been used or customized will not be accepted.
